Curiosity, pragmatism and passion drive my work in leadership and communications. I enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and helping them navigate the complexities of human relationships while fostering growth.
I was raised in an international household in Geneva and later studied in London, experiences that gave me a global perspective and shaped my 20-year career. I started in advertising before moving into corporate communication roles in multinationals, where I led and coached teams of up to 30 people. This experience led me to train in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and coaching, strengthening my ability to guide others through meaningful change.
As the founder of Coaching CB, I bring my expertise to every engagement and collaborate with a network of trusted partners and experts, allowing me to complement my skills and provide tailored support for each client.
With extensive experience in change initiatives, talent development and strategic communications, I support individuals and teams in adopting new ways of working that create lasting impact. Balancing a demanding career with being a mom of two has also enhanced my resilience and organizational skills.
